Strawberry Pie

Strawberry Pie

3 Tbls cornstarch
1 cup sugar / Splenda
1 1/2 cups water
1 box strawberry jello
2 cups sliced strawberries
Pre-bake a 10" pie shell

Line bottom of pie shell with the sliced strawberries.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a pan.
Bring to a boil
reduce heat and let simmer
stirring constantly until thickened
Add the jello, stir until dissolved.
Pour over the strawberries and refrigerate until set.
Serve with whipped cream.
